Group Profiles

What are Group Profiles?

They are the best and most useful information document a group leader can obtain about a group of students or a team of employees for truly understanding style diversity and how these people can learn or work best.

How do they work?

When 5 or more completed profiles of one kind (e.g. 5 LSA-Junior or 5 WSA) have been processed, a group profile can be created revealing in a percentage summary all the preferences, non-preferences and flexibilities of everyone in a group/class/team.

How much do they cost?

Nothing! Group Profiles are currently available for free!!! All that's necessary is having 5 completed profiles of the same kind.

It is also possible to create several different group profiles by mixing, adding or omitting certain individual profiles according to who is in each group. This is particularly handy for accommodating fluctuation among group members, or when people belong to several groups.

Why are they beneficial?

Group Profiles give a detailed overview of individual learning/working needs present in a specific group. They help to identify similarities and differences within the group and can be an excellent tool in solving communication and discipline issues. They are also invaluable when preparing teaching programmes and learning aids. Each Group profile also contains every group member's personal profile in a mini-format so that group leaders have all the necessary information at their fingertips when they work with groups.

A detailed interpretation for the group results is on the cover page of each Group Profile, and more information about practical applications can be found in the book "The Power of Diversity" by Barbara Prashnig

How do I create a group profile?

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to Manage My Past Profiles (the link in the centre of the page).
  3. A list of all the individual profiles will be displayed.
  4. Select the profiles of all the people you want grouped together by  clicking the box in front of their names.
  5.  Then click on 'CREATE GROUP PROFILE' (located in the left hand column, 2nd from the top).
  6. Write requested details about group name etc. into the provided fields.
  7. Click on 'CREATE GROUP PROFILE' (again).
  8. The Group Profile is now created and will be available as a pdf (you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to see it).
