Q: How do I analyse my Learning, Teaching or Working Style?
A:You can either:
  • Complete a free Demo Profile here, or
  • Buy a Profile Credit for LSA, TSA or WSA.
Q: Why would I buy if the demo is free?
A:The demo is free, and the report will be a true reflection of your Style Analysis, however, the report text and graphs will be partially obscured by a large DEMO stamp across each page.
Q: Can I convert my demo to an unoscured report?
A:Yes. You can pay and we send you an unlock code.
Q: How do I Buy Profile Credits?
A:
  1. Go into PRODUCTS on our Home Page.
  2. Scroll down to PURCHASE and click on it.
  3. It will take you to the MY ACCOUNT screen.
  4. Click on PURCHASE CREDITS.
  5. Simply enter the required number of credits you want.
  6. Click on UPDATE BASKET and then click CONTINUE.
  7. Enter your credit card details as required.
  8. Click "Accept".
  9. After processing your payment your credits will automatically go into your account.
Q: I have a Profile Credit, now what?
A:
  1. Log in.
  2. Click on the MY ACCOUNT section of your account (located at the top right hand corner).
  3. Click on PROCESS A PROFILE.
  4. Select the product.
  5. Enter the details as required and click NEXT.
  6. You are now ready to process the actual profile. Please note that you can process it by answering the actual questions of the questionnaire.
  7. Once processed, you can view your report online or print it out.
Q: Where can I see my style analysis results?
A:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to MANAGE PAST PROFILES.
Q: I've downloaded your pdf questionnaire and filled it in. How do I process it?
A:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Buy a profile credit corresponding to the type of questionnaire you filled in (LSA Junior MINI, LSA Junior, LSA Senior, LSA Adult, WSA, TSA).
  3. Click PROCESS PROFILE.
  4. Fill in your name.
  5. Select PROCESS SCORE SHEET.
Q: I am a teacher and want to test my class.
A: If you want to test a group of individuals, the best way to do that is via Profile Codes1.

The individuals will not be required to create their own account, they will simply follow a link to your account and complete the questionnaire there (they will not be able to access any other functionality in your account, nor will they ever have the need to know your password). You will have full control over their Personal Report.

The profile credit will not be taken out of your account until the individual follows the link and begins the test.

Instructions for creating Profile Codes:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to tab CLASS/GROUPWhere?.
  3. Click on the link CREATE NEW CLASS/GROUP.
  4. Follow the wizard. (For "Title", type what you like. For "Product", choose whatever product (LSA, TSA, WSA) you wish to distribute. "Member Limit" depends on the number of individuals to whom you’re distributing, and you may or may not choose to leave the other answers as defaulted.)
Option 1:
  1. Click on the EMAIL INVITATIONS button in the leftmost column.
  2. Type in the email addresses of the individual(s) who are to receive the profile (if that's too much work, see options below).
  3. Press SUBMIT.
  4. Press SEND EMAILS.
Option 2:
  1. Click on RESPONDENT INSTRUCTIONS and follow the instructions from there.
Option 3:
  1. Click on RESPONDENT INSTRUCTIONS, copy paste the instructions into your email, then send it to the students electronically.
Please note: Never give your own login and password to your clients or students.
Remarks:
1 - These instructions are valid only for English analyses. Please see the Foreign Languages section for instructions on how to create profile codes in another language.
Where? - When you log in, you see a big menu of 4 items (Process a profile, Manage My Past Profiles, View My Credits, Purchase Credits). Look above it. You will see "My Account - Individual Profiling". Look at the dark teal line above that and below the logo Creative Learning. You will see 3 tabs: "Individual Profiling" where you are now, "Class/Group" and "Advanced/Misc".
Q: I am a teacher and I want to create Group Profiles
A:When you have 5 or more processed (completed) profiles of one kind (e.g., 5 LSA Junior or 5 WSA), you can create a group profile (a group profile is a summary of all the preferences, non-preferences and flexibilities in a group/class of your choice).

To create a group profile:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to Manage My Past Profiles (the link in the centre of the page).
  3. You will see a list of all the profiles.
  4. Select the profiles you want grouped together.
  5. Click on CREATE GROUP PROFILE (it's located in the left hand column, 2nd from the top).
Q: I want to change my details
A:If you’d like to change your address, email, password. etc.
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to tab ADVANCED/MISCWhere?.
  3. Click on the link Edit My Details.
  4. Click Modify.
  5. Enter the changes.
  6. Click Update.

Q: I want to use your profiles in Foreign Languages
A:
User Interface
To change the user interface to the language of your choice, you should log into one of the following web pages (instead of to our usual home page): If you are using these web pages, the reports and questionnaires will be automatically displayed in that language.
Questionnaire
To select the questionnaire in another language, simply:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Make sure you have enough credits in your account to perform the analysis.
  3. Go to PROCESS A PROFILE.
  4. Select the product you want and, at the bottom of that page, select the language from the drop-down box. Only the languages for which the translations exist, will be listed.
  5. Click CONTINUE.
  6. Note: your account user interface will now be in the language you selected, provided the translation exists.
  7. At the end of the questionnaire, your report will be displayed in the language you chose for the questionnaire.
Report
To see an existing report in another language:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to MANAGE PAST PROFILES.
  3. Select the language you want from the drop-down box at the top right of the page.
  4. Note: your account user interface will now be in the language you selected, provided the translation exists.
  5. Select the profile you want - it will be displayed in the chosen language, provided the translation exists.
Alternatively:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to MANAGE PAST PROFILES.
  3. Select the type of report you want to display (e.g., LSA Adult).
  4. Select the language you want from the drop-down box at the top right of the page.
  5. Note: only the languages available for this product type will be available as choices.
  6. Note: your account user interface will now be in the language you selected, provided the translation exists.
  7. Select the profile you want - it will be displayed in the chosen language.
Profile Codes
If you would like your profile codes to point to a translated questionnaire, not to an English one, you need to follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to tab CLASS/GROUPWhere?.
  3. Click on the link CREATE NEW CLASS/GROUP.
  4. Follow the wizard. (For "Title", type what you like. For "Product", choose whatever product (LSA, TSA, WSA) you wish to distribute. "Member Limit" depends on the number of individuals to whom you’re distributing, and you may or may not choose to leave the other answers as defaulted.)
  5. Click on CLASS/GROUP DETAILS and find your code (it starts with a letter followed by six digits). This will be your participants’ password.
  6. Email the following instruction to your participants: “Please go to: http://clc.co.nz/start.asp?lang=##2, enter the password (you provide the password you found in the previous step here) and click 'Continue'. (For example, the German analyses will have the link http://clc.co.nz/start.asp?lang=de.)

Q: Help, I can’t see all my past profiles!
A:In a previous session, you probably selected only to show specific profiles (like TSA, LSA, etc.) or only a certain number of records per page.

Look at the 2 drop-down boxes in the top right hand corner of the Past Profile display page and adjust them accordingly.
Q: Help, not all profiles are included in my Group Profile!
A:The profiles you want included are probably scattered across pages. All the profiles have to be on the same page and of the same type in order to be included in the Group Profile.

Q: Help, only 1 of my profiled students can log in at any given time!
A:You’ve probably given them access to your login username and password. Never divulge your login details. Please create a profile code for your students.
Q: Why is the price of the assessment instrument different every day?
A:The price in US dollars is fixed. The other prices are subject to daily currency fluctuations.
Q: What is a group profile?
A:When you have 5 or more completed profiles of one kind (e.g., 5 LSA Junior or 5 WSA), you can create a group profile (a group profile is a summary of all the preferences, non-preferences and flexibilities in a group/class of your choice). This is an extremely useful tool when teaching, training or addressing groups.

To create a group profile:
  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Manage My Past Profiles (the link in the centre of the page).
  3. You will see a list of all the profiles.
  4. Select the profiles you want grouped together.
  5. Click on CREATE GROUP PROFILE (it's located in the left hand column, 2nd from the top).
