		A lot has happened since my last update: I literally had to 'commute' between New Zealand and Europe because there was so much to do in Austria and Turkey, where the LS concept is now being introduced on a large scale. My plan to spend the time between November and March in New Zealand to enjoy the southern summer didn't quite work out and instead, I spent x-mas in Austria for the very first time after over 20 years. It was magic and I thoroughly enjoyed this new experience, although there was hardly any snow between December and March. Privately one absolute highlight was my daughter's wedding in Sydney in early December and professionally my three extensive visits to Turkey were an incredible experience in a fascinating country.
The following picture gallery shows where I was between October 06 and May 07 and I was lucky enough again to mix work with pleasure, meeting new people, visiting interesting places and enjoying wonderful cultural events.

November 06 - Learning Styles training in Singapore with participants from Malaysia - they are now all certified LS users.

Commonwealth Secondary School Singapore which is starting a school-wide LS programme. They are moving to a new building and have visionary leaders.

My beloved dog Sam died unexpectedly in December while under dental treatment at the vet's. I miss him very much but still have TinTin, my cat.

The highlight of 2007 was for me my daughter Siggy's wedding to John in Sydney early December. They are truly made for each other and I am very happy.

On the wedding day I have a new role as mother of the bride but I enjoyed it very much (just not the hat so much at +35C.

For the first time in 20 years I spent December & January in Austria, hoping to experience SNOW! But no luck, it was uncharacteristically warm and dry and therefore visiting the outdoors Christmas markets in Vienna was pure magic.

I was lucky to get a ticket for the famous New Year's Concert played by the Viennese Philharmonic conducted by Zubin Mehta at the beautiful Golden Hall at the 'House of the Friends of Music'.

To experience snow I had to get up the mountains and visited Monte Lussari just across the Italian border where I discovered a sign pointing to a place called 'Prasnig' - quite nice!

Since January 07 I have visited Turkey three times to train teachers and introduce the LS concept country-wide. We had presentations in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa and Adana and everywhere educators showed huge interest. I even met the Education Minister who listened to my full 30-minute presentation on LS and is very keen to make LS profiles available to Turkish students.

In front of their Senior College with one of the representatives of our new Turkish LS partner, a large private education organisation which has institutions from kindergarten to university.

One of their primary schools in Istanbul with principal and deputy where LS will be introduced as soon as the Turkish translation of the instruments are available.

Was quite exciting to give a live interview about learning styles on the Turkish CNN channel in February. There are about 30 million viewers!

In between the training sessions, interviews and meetings there was still time to visit Istanbul's famous sights, among them the nearly 500 year old Main Bazaar.

In May, after my first LS training seminars in Salzburg (given to teachers who work with gifted and talented students), I visited the famous fortress Hohensalzburg where I listened to a wonderful Mozart concert played on old instruments.
